Cenicafe is celebrating, 70 years of achievements!!!!! We want to share with the scientific world, our major technological advancements at the service of the Colombian coffee growers.

LAUNCH OF THE NEW BIOINFORMATICS SITE AT CENICAFE!!!


This is the Bioinformatics site related with the Coffee Genome Project at the Colombia National Center for Coffee Research – CENICAFE.

The site offers information about the Coffee Genome Project, Bioinformatics developments at Cenicafe, training in Genomics and Bioinformatics at Cenicafe, and search for coffee sequences in our own developed Transcript Assembly Database system.
